Wealthy Rollo Treadway (Buster Keaton) suddenly decides to propose to his neighbor across the street, Betsy O'Brien (Kathryn McGuire), and sends his servant to book passage for a honeymoon sea cruise to Honolulu. When Betsy rejects his sudden offer however, he decides to go on the trip anyway, boarding without delay that night. Because the pier number is partially covered, he ends up on the wrong ship, the Navigator, which Betsy's rich father (Frederick Vroom) has just sold to a small country at war.
Agents for the other small nation in the conflict decide to set the ship adrift that same night. When Betsy's father checks up on the ship, he is captured and tied up by the saboteurs. Betsy hears his cry for help and boards the ship to look for him, just before it is cut loose.
The Navigator drifts out into the Pacific Ocean. The two unwitting passengers eventually find each other. At first, they have great difficulty looking after themselves, but adapt after a few weeks. At one point, they sight a navy ship and hoist a brightly-colored flag, not realizing it signals that the ship is under quarantine. As a result, the other vessel turns away.
Finally, the ship grounds itself near an inhabited tropical island and springs a leak. While Rollo dons a deep sea diving suit and submerges to patch the hole, the black natives canoe out and take Betsy captive. When Rollo emerges from the ocean, the natives are scared off, enabling him to rescue Betsy and take her back to the ship. The natives return and try to board the ship. After a fierce struggle, Rollo and Betsy try to escape in a small dinghy. It starts to sink, and the natives swiftly overtake them in their canoes. Just when all seems lost, a navy submarine surfaces right underneath them and they are saved.
每个角色都很棒，男女主角和男女配角都很给力。导演也很会讲故事，两条时间线穿插。不知道为什么分数这么低，我给五星。每年的奥斯卡都很巧，刚看了两部都是在拍戏，都提到了万尼亚舅舅。
一般般，比较少见的反映智能电子产品正面的设定。虽然只有不到90分钟，主线简单支线却很散，部分运镜还可以。床戏裸露真的可有可无，只当福利。互相偷窥神TM换来个莫名其妙的见义勇为。还以为结局要和肥宅在一起呢，结果就是一个挡刀的路人甲。记住两个知识点：钉枪绷住当枪使，杀人能治社恐症。
不管什么原因，片场践踏其他工作人员成果，越俎代庖的自大狂，控制狂，自恋狂，看起来就是令人作呕
所有符合当下时代特色的元素被融合在非常精巧的九十分钟里面，冰冷的泛科技感的画面配上疏离的声效，疫情时代科技加速入侵生活，家庭变成了捆绑的束缚和需要闪转腾挪的空间，从一个个刁钻的角度映照空间从而映射人物关系，室外则全副武装寸步难行。电子产品所带来的便捷与恐怖危害、密闭空间中女性所面临的危险等当下热门问题通过导演的计算被一个个拼贴进去，虽然有诸多瑕疵，比如女主健气自信得完全不像有任何心理疾病，比如最后反派就看着她操控不做反应等，有太多导演的“要求”而非发展，但这仍然是目前时代性做得最好的一部，它关于突围与推翻，关于当下的惊悚，索德伯格的一次成功尝试。
第一次get到艾伦·索金，分这么低，不愧是大编剧，我唯一看得懂的竟然是评分最低的
电影想讲的主题好多，前半段看得我昏昏欲睡，后半段才进入状态。然而让我印象最深的还是Lucille Ball作为一个actress对待剧情的认真与细致（ps：除主演外还看到了好多熟面孔）
索金作品的一贯特征，剧本很扎实一看就是好本子，但拍出来就是没有本子本身该有的力道。
剪得太碎了，看了一个小时才明白在讲什么。预告片比正片要好看很多……不过知道了原来wandavision是在致敬这个 嗯嗯
3.5 大数据裸奔&新冠&社交焦虑。新媒体时代的《放大》，可惜各方面点到即止，但是本就是爽片，最后的气钉枪够了。第一次出门时的不平稳构图、俯拍、声音的处理真是动了一些小聪明。类型片请不要再超过120min了…>_<…我真的好想要她那个键盘啊，高在的键盘也是这样的，感觉真的巨好用…跟女主的家居环境相比，我就不是现代人啊(o^^o)
疫情下科技时代的犯罪电影，切入点很独特新颖，另一方面又体现着个人信息的泄露让你无处遁形。但最重要的是，千万不能小看宅家不出门的人
个人偏爱这种错乱的叙事方式，让我在这个过程中和女主一起感受耀眼卑微幸福沮丧自疑自信。“我想有个家。”
当意识到自己可以杀了他们，终于可以不再害怕。运镜太丝滑了，心。
Nicole Kidman transforms into Lucille Ball. She has the voice, the movements and even looks like her. To say it is a well-acted is the ultimate in understatement. The script weaves different lives of Ball and Arnaz into one week of filming an episode. The performance is so brilliant that it captures your attention every second during the runtime!
美国黑镜之天猫精灵……女孩儿也太酷了吧！第一次看海王继女演戏，气质真棒！
妮可的表演很棒，将女主的性格完全展示了出来，最后发现丈夫出轨到忘词那段是高光，但影片还是有点混乱
Javier真的太帅了，don't mess with Cuban，最后直接打给Hoover护妻也是OMG！但是还是败给男人的天性，Nicole演技太棒，感觉这个戏把他两都拍的好年轻，磨皮十级的感觉；虽说夫妻两的关系本身就有点问题。但整个电影看上去还是乱糟糟的，让人搞不清楚到底在探讨夫妻关系，还是艺术家对于演艺细节的执着，抑或是另一部女性主导女性心理片
亮点是妮可的演技 但是不如时时刻刻里细致入微
女主连续三次给kimi发指令搞事情，反派只需要同时大喊大叫就可以让kimi无法识别语音指令了，这都无法破解，就好像鬼子眼睁睁看着女民兵把自己的步枪抢走然后被射杀一样愚蠢。
一定要坚持到最后10分钟，让我终于明白前面的闪回、女主身份争议、以及女性年龄职业婚姻焦虑的问题(尽管一直都认为男主是多么爱她。。单线叙事镜头几乎一直环绕着Nicole，一出场发现妆又改变了她，大概因为她没啥皱纹所以大家总觉得她做不出表情？？我记得在刚与靓汤离婚那时她承诺过不再打肉毒了。。大概因为本片整体不是特别出色所以总觉得Nicole拿这次奥斯卡挺难（但港真其他几位提名也是影片真不太强势或者特别完美的，大家都是平手之感。。AnywayJavier是全片最享受的演员了赶脚哈哈哈
看现在的妮可就想感叹美人迟暮，但至少曾经美过。脸僵就僵吧，至少演技依然吊打绝大部分同龄女演员。
