The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 剧情完全就是给游戏玩家的，蘑菇本身就写得挺需要解读的，所以看不懂是正常。由于没有小太刀，不至于太差。钱也是蛮省的，出场英灵能重复用CV的就重复用，能不放宝具动画的就省下。总之，不功不过的一部剧场版，离期望有距离，但也不至于拉胯到底，加上一颗星情怀分，四星吧。
就，只是把原台词又念了一遍，但还是又感动了！贞德那段话，还有医生呜呜呜

总体推荐，扣一星的主要是原因是英灵们的宝具表现太差，没钱请声优还可以理解，但是英灵们的开宝具的表演真的很差；其次是影片的整体表现远不如当初在游戏里的剧情表现，游戏剧情的感染力里真的是太强。我在过游戏剧情时是真的被感动哭了，但是在剧场版里，那种感染力似乎少了太多。 观影下来，我其实想给三星的，但是想想既然终章能够做出来，本身就是一样的很不容易的事，虽然有些瑕疵，还是加上一星吧。
如果不是游戏玩家还给不了三星，英灵台词都砍了，决战如此贫穷，主角打boss的最后一击都没画面，bgm也不搭
I hope I could enjoy this without feeling guilty or embarrassed cause it’s kinda sweet and this makes me feel sad ;)
至曾经氪金刷副本的日子，在动漫里补全剧情了
剧情删改不知所云，作画演出烂成一坨。游戏里最高光的部分之一就改成了这种东西，K48。

玛修挡人理炮那段还是挺好哭的，其他就呵呵了
作为FGO的剧场版而言制作属实拉跨，作画声演没一个亮点，3D版的魔神柱让我想起了恩佐斯的触手。说起来这本来就是游戏改动画，所以最主要的剧情就是打怪通关没毛病，但这么贫瘠的内容实在太烂了。
最重要的那几段剧情平的还没有泛式的手书燃……
真是烂，fgo剧情还是这么烂，全程毫无意义的对话，出一大堆英灵出来打酱油，然后主角平A就打赢，真是搞笑啊。
加上粉丝滤镜勉强及格，去除粉丝滤镜的话，只能打5分了。
制作组根本不知道粉丝想看什么。粉丝想看什么？想看的是一个个喜爱的英灵登场咏唱开宝具轰，想看的是玛修离别时的震撼，想看的是医生的绝境逆转。他做的是什么？登场的英灵没几个说话没一个宝具咏唱（好吧有一个贞德），玛修走的时候氛围渲染不到位，而且芙芙救的画面一个不给不突兀吗？医生盖提亚那段大段台词听的人都麻了，不细看的人不知道医生做了啥人就没了。某些方面甚至不如六章下部剧场版，我的评价是不如泛式的手书
作为玩了游戏的人，看到开头英灵出来还是很感动的，后面剧情就有点中二宅化了，就不能多点英灵放招吗。
很舒服轻快的电影，艳羡这种年轻的生活，里面的音乐真好听啊
可惜总体并不能算令人满意，情怀加了一星还多点。
这一颗星给奋战至今的迦勒底御主们，有了你们的努力，才能让那美丽的故事化为动画，但这动画侮辱了你们的努力
