影片纯纯按照欧美青春片的套路，但是让人看起来很舒服，相比于其他影片倒显得高级多了，也不能完全算是歌舞喜剧片。引用了许多80年代，90年代的重金属音乐，两个毫不相干的组合却擦出了最绚烂的火花，有点类似于国内的《闪光少女》，但这部影片平淡无奇，没怎么有吸睛的地方，无非就是老生常谈，无聊的时候看一下解解闷还是可以的。
