The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整部电影观感极佳，看完之后仍然意犹未尽，但回顾时就发现不少问题，想必这就是荒木导演的功力了。泽野弘之配乐大部分时候堪称神级，但比赛跑酷时人声部分十分出戏。剧本设定很棒，但感情线情感不够饱满，剧情线俗套，开拓世界观的支线如走马观花，只能说基本及格。画人物时偶尔画成樱兰高校的效果属实让人一言难尽。但瑕不掩瑜，构图极佳，色彩斑斓如艺术，动作丝滑，节奏完美，立意不俗。总分7.5/10

但…这声音听得我很难受…那个说喜欢白开水姑娘的男人一股巨大的棚味，没有一点环境音。这节奏不文艺也不商业，最后结尾一个时钟的声音就over了…开头这父亲形象如何构建呢…病情加重…母亲拒绝养老院…总之这剧本是放在学生毕设开题都会被毙的程度。
就是一翻糖蛋糕。

看得出来是想拍成一部新海诚风格的小美人鱼 可惜剧情太空洞了完全没法产生共鸣 画面倒是很漂亮 符合wit的一贯水准
话说有没有那么一种可能，本片的staff其实是被资本裹挟了？
