The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 其实挺好看的，套用了傲慢与偏见的剧情，挺经典。也挺好笑，不知道为什么分不高
片中的爱情和友情是真的羡煞旁人，作为主流制片厂的题材试水以经典新说的方式安全完成。今年的Pride Month以此拉开帷幕，后面还有Universal的作品『Bros』已经定档，好耶！

电影不是很长但后三分之一确实让人感觉拖沓。取景和服装都不错，剧情感觉交代的不清不楚：从出发的原因和目的地、为何男二突然就感兴趣想加入、船员弃船前迅速搭建的看起来一切完备小木屋、到男主的伤心过往（我还以为他女友已经死了变成了鬼总是haunt男主导致产生幻觉，结果结尾女友又蹦出来了）。导演功力不够，随便交代一下就期望观众能自行理解、买单。还是《北海鲸梦》好看的多
很好的诠释了真挚的友情和非传统的亲情，And gay love is so much more than just sex！
或许现世真的没有这样的剧情，但谁不向往美好呢
