The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 作为不入流的网剧，本片没有任何知名演员，除主演谢苗以外，唯一脸熟的就是反派老大的演员，在多部火爆的网剧中露过脸，如《白夜追凶》、《双探》等。谢苗扮演的警察李红旗，身手敏捷，嫉恶如仇。而剧情紧凑，连贯，逻辑清晰，反派的设定也是智商和身手在线。唯一的缺憾就是没有大场面和大特效，其编剧、导演、演员等等，都好过那些主流资本推的那些垃圾电影。
一星给用心的网大，一星给谢苗。是一个用了心的电影，但是总是感觉哪里怪怪的。和正经电影厂拍的片子比，不丝滑。

为了谢苗来看，感觉故事还可以再紧凑，爆点也少了点

还不错，有点老港警匪片味道，再加上时代新元素哈哈
七分，影片六分，给谢苗加一分，当年的功夫童星啊，只是因为人生的一些选择才没大红大紫………
剧情不够丰满，打斗戏有点多，冲突不够激烈或者说演化的不够！不过不可否认，作为一部网大，还是非常值得一看的，尤其是东北人值得看一下。
谢苗是帅的，打戏拳拳到肉，电影很东北，看完不亏。
开局哪里很东北。
尽管如此，也逃不过该有的硬伤，谢苗的人物过于脸谱化，像这种带一点顽劣不羁元素的正义形象，理应早就不该被用来塑造主角，因此片中谢苗的性格一展露，就显得俗不可耐。故事的冲突其实安排得很好，但中间少了对案情或犯罪者的深度分析，仅靠几段追逐和打斗就草草收场，因此在氛围上没有营造好。
小成本国产佳片，网络大电影中属于顶尖，有点意思！演员演技在线，武戏实在，拳拳到肉，绝对的专业！希望团队多出这样的片
看片名以为是个烂片，没想到非常接地气而且演员演技也不差，能看到是用心做的，虽然没有大的特效和大咖，但是我感觉真的不错！给五星鼓励！
打戏很棒，剧情也很直接，现在的网大还真不错啊

谢苗演的精彩，有正义感，也很能打，还比较机智
故事简单明了，动作干净利落、拳拳到肉，成本不高但却足够精彩，随便曝光便衣身份确实挺要命的。
