The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 怎么让观众不憎恨主角呢，他可是在杀人，那是犯罪。
茨威格最大的理想是重拾世界的尊严。而至此为何美国如此另欧陆人神往也找到了理由，他们试图相信那里是昨日的世界的复刻，是新建的辉煌之城特洛伊。
7分，前半程很无聊，以为就是平铺直叙最终平安出国、小富即安，不想是我俗气，结局猝不及防，有一种悲怆感，不愧是大师之作。
作为一个经常被极端素食主义者烦到的人，看完直呼过瘾！情节非常紧凑，没有废话；虽然性别意识稍显落后、个别人物设定cliché，但都个性鲜明，刻画得很利落。算得上一部非常成功的荒诞小品。如果用两个字总结这部片子给我的印象，那就是“痛快”。
台词颇有深意，最近难得有这么有趣的语言艺术的讽刺剧了。
