The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 音乐剧启蒙。我在20岁接受了一种新的艺术表达方式。
塑造了一群热情友善的小镇居民。被文化输出了。
每个个体的困境依旧，但对痛苦的共同感知造就了鲜活的、善良的、沟通着的世界。

在恐怖主义袭击全球的环境中，来自一个陌生小镇的温情和善良简直让人倍感温馨动容，人性多么糟糕，人性又是多么美好。20年后，在全球矛盾越发冲突的当下，仍在疫情中挣扎的我们同样渴望着这样一抹来自远方的温暖，来自每个人的友好与关怀，尽力给别人带去力量吧。
暖心的故事，很感动。剧情精彩，音乐顺耳，表演精湛。看完这电影（音乐剧），谁能不想去newfoundland呢

其实历史永远不应该只有一面
即使只是在屏幕前我的情绪也被带动，被美好的人性震撼，甚至我的身体都在微微发抖。演员们的完美配合以及角色转换也令人惊叹。希望在今年十月下线以前可以看一场现场。

这是一部融合太多情感的剧，剧中有911大背景下每个人的焦灼与痛心，更有人与人之间相互依存取暖的温馨与感动。或许人与人之间的相互信任同协互助才是对恐怖主义最好的打击吧。

在911二十周年之际、疫情之后的今天看这次官摄比第一次旁观者的视角更能感同身受。第一首歌开始就想哭，焦虑、无助恐惧和不安到被治愈，全程跟唱的Me and the Sky，还是好喜欢CFA。遗憾2020年因为疫情没办法成行的巡演，still “honor what was lost，but we also commemorate what we found”。

音乐有感动人心的力量，甘德人真的都这么善良吗？我想以后去看看。
有可能不太能欣赏这种一直高频歌唱的歌舞剧，911背景下依然没有感到感动，个人角度。
