The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 故事和导演拍摄有不少细节，挪威这几年灾难片越拍越好，没有好莱坞的大场面，但能把人物情感做到位，镜头语言实打实，也不花哨，调色/画面都有讲究
有些超出预期，很难得的有种真实感，不再是俊男靓女们说着第一世界的烦恼。结局是有些俗套了。

《北海》的故事设定在挪威，在一次钻井平台事故中，专家发现挪威海岸存在塌陷隐患，共计350座钻井平台存在着损毁的可能，为了最大限度避免环境污染，石油公司开展了全规模的钻井封闭和人员撤离。作为营救类电影，《北海》算是中规中矩，但在俄乌关系的当下，这部电影的意义就有些微妙的感觉了。
