The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 原本还挺期待的，但是看了以后全是失望，牛爷爷的剧情在第一季就已经介绍清楚了，结果这部居然有半个小时的时候去介绍牛爷爷，就这还要给我们卖情怀？着实不如第一部的美食狂想曲，没有深度，很失望…
很像缝合怪，都是看过的剧情，一模一样，除了后面养老院比较好，前面真的无聊，明白想引出关爱老人，但是真的欺骗观众感情。
最后的最后，表白牛爷爷，他真的很好🥰

原来那个去跳舞赚钱，骑着摩托和漂亮的女孩们聊天，坐在里程车嬉笑打闹的夜晚是最好的时刻了，现实的压力也在朋友的离开呼啸而来！镜头语言只是单单的表现在表层，故事没有深刻的落脚之处，有些遗憾
柬埔寨之声，一种独立表达，开头骑摩托那场戏还挺好，后来就变得越来越薄，最好想意味深长一点，却是太薄了一点。
画面4分，剧情3分，情怀满分。

就很诡异
导演没有拍一个类似于城中村的拆迁补偿的故事，只是记录了这个过程对男主角一家人的影响，还故意避开了戏剧冲突，城市景观上确实有贾樟柯导演的影子。
叙事的方式如导演所言是柬埔寨式的缓慢。除了主角一家之外，对白色大厦的铺陈感觉略显不足，看到了电影中人的困境，但信息量如果更大一些可能更好。
