The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 收尾相当棒，陀螺拍这种暗黑风格真的拿捏超好。
铺垫的太长了，后期渐入佳境，光影的质感是真不错。

在团里的几个形象角色形成闭环
看的津津有味，但有两点我觉得有待商榷，第一是莫莉打了他两巴掌就走了，第二是结尾有点弱，总觉得可以处理的更好。
6.5/10，不理解但也有点儿喜欢，理解了但也没那么喜欢，水形物语也没那么喜欢，但视听确实很好，我可能不太适合陀螺，不是，反过来，
7/10。前半段的马戏团与后半段的通灵术单看其实挺精彩，怪奇物具与幽暗人心都是陀螺的拿手好戏，可合到一起就偏偏变成了四平八稳的警世恒言，差强人意。
真是boring的故事boring的人物，就这种俗烂剧本需要请一堆大牌明星？翻拍也不是这么搞得吧

预算如此如此充足，所有重要配角全是知名的性格演员演的…
陀螺又把自己最喜欢的那些东西拍成了一部电影，但这个剧情确实差点意思。
前面又吓人又墨迹，都看困了、好在后面进展迅速，结尾处理的前后呼应、故事的不错，就是男主这张脸总让我感觉是在澳洲驰骋的牛仔，下一秒就要骑马了

摄影、美术真是一贯托罗的细致扎实，原以为会是一个魔幻故事，没想到是一个阿加莎式的故事
美工依然是标致性的陀螺style，配乐稍满，不如the shape of water，另节奏实过于拖沓了。
