The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 主要是想看看柬埔寨的城市风貌，没想到是这么私人化的影像表达。看起来没法不困。
串联的拼盘电影 需要在有限时间里 提炼出 最好的精华 在我看来除了智齿好好发展一下变成长篇电影 以及人体模特的打磨不够好 这完全可以是一部板板正正的恐怖电影 其他不太喜欢 也提不起兴趣
猜想爱奇艺本打算让这部电影走“艺联院线”，但终究没算到现如今这持久的疫情和无奈的社会现实，于是干脆直接上了自家的视频门户网站。从电影开端部分那一组非常漂亮的航拍镜头，就基本确定了这部电影的主题和风格，所以在观影过程中也就没有太多意外的惊喜。作为一部长片电影来看，其揭示的社会现实，以及刻画出的年轻人努力追寻梦想的实现是一个非常好的出发点，可惜在后面的故事展开上明显感觉到了力度的不足，以至于让整部电影十分突显的主旨矛盾慢慢变得微乎其微，且年轻人怀揣的梦想也变得不值一提；如果把它看做是一部了解柬埔寨生活文化的纪实影像的话，那确实是较为成功的，毕竟柬埔寨于国际影坛来说还是较为陌生的。电影在艺术表现手法上，有一定的突出价值，一些镜头的处理也可看出导演对于认真做电影的态度，但故事很难得到主流市场的偏爱。
3《牙医》
故事多就算了，没一个有创意的，凑时长呢吗这是，每个故事还都没头没尾的。
不同于中国拆二代的设定，柬埔寨的拆迁户更加悲惨。导演一直在描绘男主无力的抵抗，不想跟兄弟说再见，不想让父亲拖着不去医院，但又只能无奈的接受，听起来很压抑但我看着却很温柔，尤其喜欢把拆迁时的现场音消掉的设定，这种声音处理在片子里出现了很多次
有点失望，不喜欢的是恐怖＞怪奇，唯一觉得还不错的就是人形模特，有点东西但不多
一个个小故事不会让人疲劳，最喜欢人体模特这个故事。整体而言，太过了，很多故事狗尾续貂了，加上了五毛特效恐怖感失去了很多。
8《模特》
注定倾倒的白色大厦，所有梦境回廊也被夷为平地。
剧情的确老套，奈何每个短片颜值都在线，鬼片也内卷啊！
《牙虫》最好，从看牙切入，悬念铺满，逐渐调查逼近真相，是丧尸片的新打开方式；《墙》本来可以做到最好，墙是很好的媒介来增强神秘感，可惜烂尾，女鬼索命反而打破了前面铺垫的诡异感；《密室逃脱》高开低走，概念很好，结束的过于仓促；《镜子里的女孩》讽刺感强，恐怖感弱。其他故事要么叙事混乱，要么俗不可耐
看的我打哈欠，看到衣柜那里就关了，希望后面没有什么好看的东西，真的太无聊，而且都不符合逻辑，隧道算正常，红衣服故事不完整，寄生虫那医生碰到这种事情谁他妈还去帮那人做啊，招魂那个莫名其妙，你俩是拉拉也行，关键并不是，怕人说闲话故意疏远的那种，这种还要去招魂简直找死，层间噪音这个更无语，敲个门板敲出爱情了。不看了还是睡觉吧，有时间去b站看邓肯的怪谈比这香。
都比较老套的都市传说，不当“正餐”，当“点心”看还可以。
ps这个假人模特跟我在纽约的房东长得一模一样 我真是醉了
我觉得这勉勉强强算及格。十个故事全都有头无尾，高潮还没开始就结束了。倒是里面俊男靓女算是养眼可那演技除了吱哇乱叫也没啥了。这电影真丢韩国恐怖片的脸
大场面已经有太多可复制的先例，影片的大悲大喜从某种层面上来说，可以把它当成是一种技术活。平淡的生活，拍得也太多，留下印象的缺乏可陈，这就考验导演和演员的功力了。导演有百态细碎从嚼出情感共鸣的意识，但是叙述的本事还没有到火候，很明显能感觉到后期影片的发展脱离了导演的控制，随着影片的自然进展在推进。值得肯定的一点是，阳光明媚下的压迫，比战火连天的效果更强，以上台湾导演留做的很好。不拿苦难作戏，因为苦难也是生活的写照
牙医能不能专业点，发现恶性传染病也不报告，甚至都不叫护士防护，手套沾满了患者的血，也不换手套也不消毒就摸自己的牙齿眼睛。买旧家具就买难看的普通的，丑家具从不闹鬼。阴婚那个男主角童颜巨肌我真的可以了，就是有点矮
导演个人的成长体验，好喜欢在银幕上看到破败的街道和空间，生活在城市就是为了工作呀不然谁会不想生活在乡村安逸寂静的环境
怎么说呢 就很一般般吧2.5 不过为了看一个电影硬生生看了10个不同字幕组的cut再加上机翻也是种蛮独特的体验了 有一说一崔乂园真的挺好看的 美女被触手怪直接吃掉也太离谱了吧 反正就是电影版爱豆拼盘演唱会 不过好像也没有演技非常拉垮的 是故事拉垮啦 都是太老套的故事了 惊吓点也全是意料之中 真的太老套 除了齿虫那个 我害怕是因为我牙真的不好 看见牙科诊所的仪器就生理性害怕好吗 真的看着我都觉得疼 最后演变成僵尸我也属实没想到 果然是万物皆可僵尸的寒国人 以及层间怪声看完之后我到底还要不要去找楼上那个天天发出各种奇怪噪声的邻居了？
