The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 单薄。案件一目了然，过程谈不上抽丝剥茧。没有悬疑，不复杂，什么都摊开来讲。白开水一样的。讲故事，讲道理，包括煽情，都象高中生一样幼稚。
故事比较老套，但正能量的主题还是挺振奋人心的。众多老戏骨的技艺也为影片加分不少。

剧情很糟糕，纯粹的吓人电影，几种元素拼凑一下。
真的太黑了所以鬼到底咋的抓人的你根本看不见。故事情节还可以，不同时间段的人穿越，还有里世界的感觉，恐怖氛围是够的，但就是没有特别出彩的地方。

作为廖启智先生的遗作，只能说是中规中矩。电影的剧情，完全是靠一众老戏骨手撑起来，剧情可谓是毫无波澜。

杀完人躺在床上等着警察？三十年前的港剧也没这么港，一帮老戏骨给这个导演捧臭脚，可怜可叹，可惜智叔最后一部电影就拍了个这？一世英名啊！
