The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没看过原作单说本片，这是一个好但还不够好的剧本，只属于杰哈的独角戏，他的确很好地完成了任务，但首先是加入了一些不必要的枝节，比如男主哮喘有什么意义吗？他一定得这么焦虑吗？这就引出了藉由人物的焦虑情绪来塑造氛围并不成功，只有男主的表演在紧张而影片的其余全部都不紧张。结尾也太满了，没有任何空间，影片的整体气质比较像一部三流的美剧。
因为是翻拍所以就低分吗？情节，表演，节奏都很棒！

影片整体过于压抑，几乎没有排解调节气氛的情节，于是观感非常致郁，始终处于紧绷神经看着面容扭曲的Jack完成他个人的独角戏，剧情也算不上曲折，暴脾气警官过失杀人和同事串供准备法庭脱罪，在此期间被调到911通讯台当接线员，同时家庭情感破裂身心俱疲兼具良心备受拷问和折磨，于是ptsd+哮喘双重发作下接到求救电话，于是陷入情绪化，感情用事自我臆断，处理方式越来越激进和越线，当然这里还涉及到作为电话这种通讯方式的物理限制导致的信息茧房造成的判断失效，导致无法触及真相，亦可能产生认知偏差，结局更是一种如同自虐般的自我救赎。
杰伦哈尔大段室内独角戏，全靠演技、台词撑。伊桑霍克声音出演，剧情时间跨度为一个晚上，故事相对完整及格水平

太过于老套路，但是女主最后一秒反杀很绝，三星都给这一段
剧情毫无逻辑可言 但是配乐挺精品 三分给狗子的演技
原来是翻拍，果然是多了媚俗，演技过火独角戏，最后光明结局，加上中心思想点题…反正好莱坞式的缺点都占了。

难说是喜剧吧，更像公路片，还可以，狗子演挺好。

有被感动到。一辆车，一条狗，在路上，这种感觉真好
比较喜欢的是，他们牵着狗去寻回被偷的东西那里。很有意思。包括后来发展出来的对话也很有意义：也许我也差点成为他那样，可能更不如。
对于周五的晚上，钱老板+狗，绝对的双保险了。
