The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 雄鸡是硬汉，东木老爷子也是，从《黄金三镖客》到《廊桥遗梦》，从《不可饶恕》到《老爷车》，再到这一部，老爷子霸气，好电影便是如此，讲好一个故事，演好一个角色，老爷子做到了。
典型的公路题材电影，可惜没有多少闪光点，有点太过细碎和泛泛。
童话版自传体电影
东木老爷子的这部，节奏和剧情发展上都有些随意有些散，想那拍那。多少有点让我想起他自己早些年那部凯文科斯特纳的《完美的世界》。不过，都这岁数了还能要求他什么呢，开心就好。拍一部少一部了。
导演的拍摄节奏好舒适…莫名的就是很喜欢 🐓简直是点睛之笔
感觉这两年老爷子拍的电影全是他自己想体验或向往的生活 但这部片子老爷子的幻想太无趣了
温馨公路片，但有点太平了，老头子这么大年龄了还在骑马（假的）就有点假，后面遇到酒馆老板娘一家人那里很温馨。
结局很像东木为自己电影生涯画上的句点，一个美妙到刻板、不真实的墨西哥童话故事。
东木大神随便拍拍的片子，感觉没什么追求了己经

老头没了年轻的锐气，好在脾气仍在。macho表演满分。
91岁还能自导自演，也太强了！即使影片陈旧，但东木说话的腔调依然有吸引人的魅力。
平淡无奇 小男主既无成长也无用处（鸡都比他有用）跟骡子和老爷车比不了 没了东木大爷的情怀分就是流水账的烂片（话说开篇加这种妹子过边境混时长的片段就大感不妙 到后面也充斥着和剧情人物塑造都无关的混子片段）
简单真挚，但确实很多漏洞，墨西哥警长一秒变好人，老板娘任劳任怨，太扁平了
剧情平淡了点，音乐和摄影还是相当不错，能看见91岁的东木还在拍片，演戏已然足够了～
故事不算完全收住，相比骡子和理查德朱维尔而言衰老似乎显而易见，自我解构与解剖也像是借坡下驴。只是老头魅力仍在，哪怕剩下的几乎是纯粹的老。Until we find each other again，真是最迷人的commitment
九十而随心所欲，拍电影终于不再是为了拍电影。

平淡到没有高潮的公路片！每个人都有故事，但好像故事也很普通。伊斯特伍德用简单的故事在回顾自己吧！我们都应该往前看！老爷子只要拍就行，就算拍他喝喝酒，吹吹牛皮都行！！
