The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 就为什么非要治好再送回去，回去也是一死啊，好不容易按着头把你强行改邪归正了然后送你回去死，这也太侮辱人了吧哈哈哈哈，反派团真的太惨了。然后彩蛋毒液那是咋回事，难道之后不是汤老师和小蜘蛛干架么，那不就又回去一代蜘蛛的老套路了？。。。。说实话英雄无归这部已经卖情怀炒冷饭水了一部了，篇幅不够平行宇宙，几乎吧老蜘蛛剧情又演了一遍，求求别伤害毒液（虽然毒液剧情也不咋地，但是来点新糖吃吃也是好的啊）最后，荷兰弟看来真的在努力想演好小蜘蛛啊
一切起因因为奇异博士一反常态开玩笑似的搞了个跟响指一样危险的魔法……然后故意放纵蜘蛛侠乱来，好引起奇异博士新的独立电影。。心机博士
挺喜欢的。剧情弱智，但两段离别戏十分到位。值得看。
浪费时间。看完想把蜘蛛侠暴打一顿，不知感恩，以自我为中心，简直了，编剧怎么了？？？？

除了多元蜘蛛侠还有特效能看，剧情太低幼了。
应该有一百种剧本让三虫同框，选了无厘头的一种。偶然施咒破坏时空，偶然打败至尊巫师指环被拿走，偶然召唤出两个蜘蛛侠。剧情推进奇怪就算了，还少了过去两集新世代笑料。小孩调皮闹出人命强行责任越大，儿戏。

事不過三此言不假，怎可能收貨，為了配合漫威要走的多元宇宙觀，強行將上集留下的伏筆通通掃走，Holland版本難得建立起來校園青春風貌，二人三足的好基友與初戀情人一同成長與迷惘，怎麼來一場要師徒帶上金剛圈的唐僧戲碼。前二十分鐘好像就告訴你，我們拍了的，不過整個故事強行僭建，可憐的夜魔俠都準備好歸來。在蜘蛛俠世界中，壞人們都不只是敵人，更像不負責任的長輩們，每個性格缺點造就出成魔之路，是Peter 成長的反面教材，不過最不負責任那位叫奇異博士，不正是你搞出來的好事嗎？學長們都回來誰不拍手叫好，情懷不是沒有，而且最後Peter 的選擇和負擔換來的孤獨也說成長的必經之痛，但要說彌補與修復，不是將事情角色換位重演就可了事， 復3可以成功是因為堅守有些事實在無法修補的遺憾，副題不要叫No Way Home，不如叫Drive my car 吧
建议改名，蜘蛛侠：英雄无脑。
看点：三虫同框，其他：无，像幼稚园玩办家家似的，救命。
美式价值观：你不能杀死邪恶，那样会让你背负沉重的后果很长时间。最好是治疗它们，给它们灌输zy、mz、rq等一系列好价值观，和他们做生意让他们富起来，富起来邪恶就会退散。
围观了虫这个ip的表示，三代同堂真的是大杀器；无论是梗还是“意难平”，都在两个多小时里来了场”“活久见”的疯狂回溯，可惜荷兰弟这版最大的问题也终于直观而又清晰地被对比出来了——全员都在给虫弟当爸爸。至于彩蛋，一个是毒液又在到处生孩子；另一个，奇异博士就是炫。
看到小蜘蛛非要改造坏人那点真是给爷整笑了，救世主情结还这么严重吗？三代蛛同框太犯规了，尤其看到已经有点秃秃马奎尔，漫威简直太知道怎么戳人心窝子
2.5 / 真的是连基本的爆米花观赏性都没有。大量废文戏，大量平庸的动作戏，还有大量毫无助益的碎嘴，高潮部分大量糙得仿佛国产电视剧的煽情。以及这么个体量显然一点也讲不好与反派和解共存的主题，现在所谓的cure完全就是“正常化”的代名词，所以这个仿佛严肃的主题也毫无实质挖掘。但是，我真的还是有被最后记忆抹去后相遇的时刻感动到——这一刻显然还是抓住了“数据库”电影的精髓的，就像是看复联4结束的那一刻重演了一样……
其实把超英圣母+多管闲事式的善良描述为一个妈妈对儿子的控制，把“能力越大责任越大”形容成一个没有自我的小孩被洗脑的话术，而最终搬石砸脚的愚蠢感，也还是一个有趣味的反讽。然而自反是一件需要勇气的东西，它不是一件不需要勇气的东西。至少这个温情脉脉三猪斗梗的尴尬结局，不可能是这个逻辑下应有的结局。黑化才是。
动作设计实在是太丑了，这个武术指导直接辞退了吧，还有反派表现力，同样是电光人，表现力跟超凡蜘蛛侠一个天一个地。还有最后跟绿魔打，在搞笑吧。反派纯粹凑数的，三个蜘蛛侠之间的台词设计还可以，可以看出编剧很想营造命运相似的蜘蛛侠们的情感共鸣，但对不起真的没什么效果。欣慰的就是超凡蜘蛛这次接住了女友(别人的)。能把奇异博士的特效设计的那么炫酷，就不能花点心思在蜘蛛侠上？
