The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 情节挺好猜，但画面材质漂亮，从比武变成比舞，歌舞合家欢，片尾曲还挺好听。

黑白和彩色两个时代的交错，男主体型和眼神的变化，映衬了残酷的故事和活下来的勇气，生存本就是无常且充满意外的旅程，活着的讲故事，没活的变成故事。男主+1星

质感好差……而且细节不抠的话就完全没有设定本身带来的有趣感了。怪兽如何和人类一起生活？睡竞技场吗？人类每次看到摔跤难道不都会死一大片吗？人设老套拿世界观来凑啊。

这个素材这么拍有点浪费，比《冠军》差了一大截。
和去年波兰那部《冠军》比较类似，同样是用类型片的方式去展现集中营残酷记忆，更主流的演员选择和更充裕的制作成本保证了可看性的提高。
