男女议题扣紧当下时代发展（metoo之后的互联网污名化，少许的种族议题，年轻权贵们的醉生梦死），不再是简单的二元对立（“强奸犯”也可以是在机场帮助老太太拿行李箱的年轻人），而是有着更为透彻且客观的反思。
故事很简单但很长，静静看了一个小时后大概就知道是一场辩论赛，人生角度不一样，这是双面性事件，是否是强奸，可以是也可以不是，快进到最后看了结果，被判五年的感觉像是给女主申诉的回复而已，哪里又有公正⚖️

现代版《最后的决斗》，两个人观念不同，也都错误的意会了对方的意思，感觉男人比女人更需要冷静！

通过原被告双方的对质，当事人和律师的讲述，逐渐展现了事件及当事人双方的心理状态（说谎，隐瞒等等等等）

电影前半段节奏有些拖沓，直到庭审开始。在整个庭审过程中，有许多很让广大女性和男性感同身受的台词。我们不得不承认两性之间天生的力量差距，如果一个男性对女性使用暴力，那么这个女性基本是很难去对抗的。当她被要求口交、脱掉裤子、抚摸乳房的时候，她或许会因为恐惧而不敢开口，害怕受到更多的伤害而服从对方的指示，但沉默不是同意，不要不是欲迎还拒。性一定是在彼此相爱尊重的前提下，“上帝看两个人相爱无处表达，才创造了性”。
有种罗生门的感觉，细节刻画的人很棒。我们永远不知道那个小屋里发生了什么。我们不能只接受单方面的说法，这里没有真相。只存在对同一事件的两种感知。
当下的镜头拍了说不清楚的裆下事，想挡下海啸的狂舌恐怕也是难上加难。
很多人间世事是无法单纯地用法律准则来衡量的。

拼盘电影第三弹，除了徐峥那个敞亮天窗的广告片之外，甚至都没法比较另外三支短片的优劣。本身就水准欠佳，还要强行缝合上升主旋律，结果可想而知。
上升到阶级、文化层面，各类人群对事件的认知则各有不同，判决也算是折衷的产物。如果我是陪审团一员，会坚持男孩无罪。
在本片中展示的女性视角和男性视角几乎拥有着平等的镜头时长，不仅仅是男女主，也包括那些让这部电影饱满的像大炮的肚子一样的其他角色。说真的，看这部的庭审戏比看av更让我兴奋。说真的，插叙的节奏让我下定决心憋尿。说真的，电影的结尾是无限的。说真的，黑屏后出现的电影名字简直画龙点睛。说真的…
