The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 本来以为是一部赌片，结果又是一部战后ptsd的片子。两种情节穿插在一起，整个片子的节奏都很慢，只是力度完全不一样，在打牌的时候很稳很平和，离开牌桌后，男主的动作和习惯以及和cirk的对话，却充满了力度。还不错
沉郁而缓慢，被唤醒的创伤意识和无法被生活染色的白，不过越看越感觉Tell更像一个意图假装性感的单纯清教徒。
套上这个无聊的复仇故事，奥斯卡的魅力可以说少了半分
太高冷的电影，看不懂。打着算牌的幌子，讲的是一个很晦涩的主题，不是我的菜
完全是因为男主来的……故事简单，明了，没有掩饰，却非常震撼人心。它讲述的是那么遥远的事情，但是男主的表演，让这个故事可信，
几乎所有喜欢的镜头都剪在预告片里了。taxi driver的味道吗？有那么一点，不足以支撑我喜欢这部电影。

以为是和扑克比赛有关的剧情，其实内核是反对监狱暴力和部队黑暗面，不过整体有种闷闷的气氛，男主的选择有种鱼死网破的决绝。能算牌的概率，却无法掌控自己的人生啊。
这电影的配乐看似和算牌不搭，却又带来一种恰到好处的美与伤感
