The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 北欧版王子复仇记。 前面还行，后面索然无味。
剧情其实有点弱，不过为里面的阳刚之气多打一星
画面和bgm还是能打的，但是真的真的太长了。个人认为这种超慢节奏氛围片，大家都是能分分钟猜到结局，一定要短小精悍。时间长了这么多慢镜头，谁都会觉得累。而且这个片和《麦克白》有点像，同样是强调宿命感和逃不出的命运，但完全没有前者简洁的说服力。男主的反复横跳整得我有点无语。

真正的文化交流电影，本片试图去还原“王子复仇记”最原始的历史起源，但在创作过程中却也参考了很多后世根据这一历史改编创作出的其他作品。
