The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 托尼奖获奖百老汇音乐剧《来自远方》被改编成电影。影片取自9.11当天加拿大甘德镇接纳了6600名意外迫降的旅客，并共处了3天的美好时光。世界大同，却又大而不同。既有9.11的恐袭，又有甘德镇无私的义举。在舞台上的演员，轮流切换着不同的身份，居民或是乘客，落叶聚还散，寒鸦栖复惊。
过度煽情，但眼泪不值钱，歌不错，特别是机长姐姐那首。
音乐有感动人心的力量，甘德人真的都这么善良吗？我想以后去看看。

或许是因为版本的不同，或许是因为那个特殊时期，那时候的感受更加设身处地一些，看到危机时候的互帮互助，以至于那时哭的很厉害。9.11二十年之际，没有谁会忘记那次悲痛，对于整个人类来说，都是一次巨大的反思。rock小镇是那样的开放，包容，I am islander！！！那些乘客，在危机面前，是那样的从容与乐观。机长姐姐的“me and sky”依然是全场的聚焦点。
20年计划的现场版被疫情无限延期，911 20年，初版演员们也都见老了。
虽然电影的音效远没有现场表演来的有感染力，但是在镜头语言上得到了弥补…看完emo了一会儿，已经不记得上次进剧场是看了什么剧了😭
题材本身为音乐剧加成不少，耐听度我觉得一般般
有时候也需要一些温暖的鸡汤，真情动人。对灾难的讲述切入点很特别，技术上很强（卡司也太累了吧）

如果只歌颂牺牲、付出和伟大，不歌颂个体、爱和自由，人的意义又在哪里得到区分。

2021上映，刚好在疫情期间，又是“911”20周年，演出这样一幕剧再合适不过。来自不同地方讲着不同语言的人，因为怀有同样的普遍的人类的情感而得以相聚相惜。
真的好爱音乐剧....看到以前的同学把她简介改成artist/playwright真的emo了 羡慕可以追梦的人
不同风格的一部音乐剧，官方影像音效好像做的有点问题
