The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 很平淡，东木老爷子太老了，处处透露着他的虚弱。演电影确实力不从心了。整个电影算得上四平八稳，各种手法也都是经典套路，不亮眼倒也不算差。
该是老爷子的最后一部电影了吧，且看且珍惜。

童话版自传体电影
本该是他最擅长的西部公路片，但节奏很缓慢，并不出彩。东木老爷子的确是老了，老到驯服野马只能使用远景替身+本人上身近景的方式呈现，就连说台词和走路都有一种无力感。
东木老爷子的这部，节奏和剧情发展上都有些随意有些散，想那拍那。多少有点让我想起他自己早些年那部凯文科斯特纳的《完美的世界》。不过，都这岁数了还能要求他什么呢，开心就好。拍一部少一部了。

一部温情的西部片，故事简单温和，伍德老爷子一把年纪还这么高产，劳模啊！和小朋友成了忘年交，一路很欢快。
把政治隐喻和东木情怀揉进一个公路片，编剧实在太狡猾了
做为男二: 拉福完全失败。选角，剧本，人设表演全面垮塌。
九十而随心所欲，拍电影终于不再是为了拍电影。

东木老爷的电影还是要看的，看一部少一部，且看且珍惜吧。
