The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧情一如既往的无脑，特别是反派的逻辑完全站不住脚。但是打斗场面太刺激了，特别是最后KO的那段，绝对是武侠片的巅峰。

好惊喜！运镜行云流水，打斗场面完成度极佳，所谓“反派”竟然如此有血有肉，唯一的缺点是文戏太少，叙事不太流畅。
2栽赃嫁祸，自古如一。儿子杀爹，动机是啥？ 所谓江湖，都知道你罗通是冤枉的，可都揣着明白装糊涂，非要“行侠仗义，为民除害”，欲除掉罗通而后快，无非是眼馋漕运的利益。

方郁婷，很厉害，看着白马痛哭的那场戏我可以记一辈子。她就是一块动人的璞玉啊璞玉，有时也会让我想起《血观音》里的文淇。

画功上更精进了一些，动作戏依然流畅，但剧本的孱弱缺点也一直存在，重农抑商是阻碍中国现代化的痼疾，但编剧夹带了太多私货，导致正反派的台词非常拧巴。特别是反派的大段台词由于编剧的自身能力导致无病呻吟。大湾区的问题就是经济和文化倒挂的问题
（第一季两个配角的过去。剧情是挺传统的明末背景武打片剧情。打斗真是精彩。）
優缺點都很明顯，動作設計很棒，力量感十足。全片的立意也很不錯，是超凡脫俗的，就是文戲的部分台詞和配音感覺不太對，雖然配音感覺也邀請了實力很強的人了已經。另外就是國產動畫的某種通病，動作非常機械、僵硬……
虽然这是一部关于成长的电影，但重点讲述的是家庭关系。
台词和打斗很好，剧情很差，反派的理想莫名其妙，江渊的转变也莫名其妙。
