The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 刚开始的场景拍摄和怪物形象其实还不错，其他部分你会发现手机真好玩。

白白期待了一年，以为是个怎样爆款炸裂的恐怖悬疑片，看了才知道就是个故弄玄虚让人昏昏欲睡的烂片！导演想要表达的太多，又是原生家庭，又是家庭暴力，又是校园霸凌，又是怪物克苏鲁。。。只可惜执行力太差，剧本太弱，人物单薄，白白浪费了雾气弥漫、寒冷阴郁气氛的小镇，故事其实很简单，干脆拍成短片或许会更好一些！明明嗜血成性杀戮无数的怪物居然被光环附体的女主随便就给KO？！我期待了一年的怪物片就这？！一星，差评！真的不推荐！
虽然打眼一瞧不是那么靠得住，但这或许是今年最被轻视的电影之一。

摄影被烂剧本来回拖累…导致一切都显得笨拙愚蠢
阿帕图的故事结构一直不太成，有个前提就靠段子堆，这部也一样，拍情景喜剧没准可以，2个小时的电影看的可太吃力了。
全程在铺垫，分分钟被解决，典型的重框架轻内里，倒是没昏昏欲睡，主要是冲击力不够。
恐怖片导演永远有着足够惊艳的视觉审美 然而这个本子连三流编剧都写不出来这么俗的 求求不要什么人类 动物都开始丧尸化了 我要看鬼 单纯的活生生的鬼
导演完全没有把故事拍好，就当做是当地旅游环境宣传片好了
结局草率，女主光环照着那就得所向披靡，就这么简单
好久没看恐怖片了，选的这一部也是期待了好久的电影。影片的基调很冷峻，小演员的神情里有一种极度的冷静，还有纯净的无辜。女教师独自弑杀怪物那段很像甘道夫独击炎神……
