The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 艺术门类大融合的流媒体年代，更能看出各门艺术类型独立存在的意义。某种跨界的“壁”，不是调试视听语言、精简叙事节奏就能轻松突破的——更何况，如这般自信的“创作者”所钟爱的，就是用所谓原汁原味的懒惰挑战双边的水准。
唱给女友的那段击中了泪点，推荐给了做音乐编剧和音乐人朋友，身边也不乏这样有趣又有才华的灵魂，都值得好好珍惜，现实世界里因为这些看似不太现实的人的存在才会丰富和精彩。
好久没看这么纯粹的歌舞片了。哭了。。加菲太有才华了，LMM也完全不像一个新手电影导演

各方面都令人想要和《爱乐之城》对比。但本片无论是音乐上还是对爱情与梦想之间挣扎的表现，都差了许多。

又是一部回溯造梦的电影 那种失重感、梦幻感才是电影的魅力所在 Jon这个人物倔强、坚持、焦虑却明确 最后看着主动示好的女友却还是目含泪光放她自由 电影里的歌曲还是非常好听的
美国梦主旋律电影。以歌舞类型来呈现，叙事支零破碎，大幅消解了主人公原型本身浓厚的悲剧色彩。加菲与原型相比只有形似，表演出了年轻人的激情，却没什么艺术家气质。但此类悲剧艺术家的传记片，总是会博得颁奖季的青睐，啧啧啧。
对音乐剧也谈不上兴趣
