The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 狗的镜头不多，比想象中要好些！人和狗同样的经历，同样的救赎之路，虽然是公路片的同样套路，人狗同路同命运也就带来不一样的化学反应！重生才是最后的目的，过去的让它过去！
这电影总感觉剧情有些奇怪，一个有着杀人嫌疑的警察还能被安排去接听报警电话？ 然后也不能说杰克演得不好，但总感觉很多地方处理得有些过了或者说稍显浮夸了。 反正看得心烦意燥、如坐针毡、如芒刺背、如鲠在喉罢了。
一个退伍老兵，一条退役军犬，一个“送死”旅程...
整体风格还可以。狗是真的猛，人是真的憋屈；狗咬着牙完成任务，人挺着身板活下去。
钱老板的身子，加上美国的风景，简直就是电影的美学极致好吗？
还算可以吧，小成本惊悚片，还不错，就是节奏慢了点？
