The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 女主把我最讨厌的性格都浓缩在一起也太厉害了吧。聒噪，莽撞，没有气质扮可爱，没钱还不愿换小房子。随便用自己的单身站在高位评价别人婚姻生活，觉得自己情感状态有问题是因为对方。欠钱不还，欠房租，打断别人说话，活在自己的世界里。突然地说教，爱花的伪小资。莫名地神经质奔跑起来，所有行为都具有攻击性，每个成熟人都要为她的愚蠢买单。估计跑步的时候脑子里在想戈达尔。
一个一直在奔跑，一直在索取，知道自己要什么，明确拒绝自己不要什么的女孩儿真是太可爱了。成年世界的不堪，屈服，对生活本质的看透，对爱的放手，在这团奔跑的火焰里都被烧毁，堙灭，不堪一击！最后和女作家在电梯里拥吻真是太太太浪漫了，幽闭与亲密在此刻终于融为一体，绝妙的隐喻！

不喜欢与老头的戏份，但是女主对生活的态度让人羡慕，开放式结局也不错，两个人的情欲戏很有feel。
