黄政民既然在电影里演的是自己，自己被绑架了，仿佛真实事件一般，需要的是真实感。而影片缺乏的就是真实感，电影感太重。
现实案件没了解过，这种改编的电影尤其需要谨慎看待

这部影片是根据史上最大的优惠券造假案改变而成的，题材有趣，可能有的人会说他们这是偷盗，这是诈骗，他们是罪犯，可细细一想，他们好像并没有祸害别人，反而薅了资本家的羊毛，为不少老百姓节省了生活开支，这算不算是新世纪劫富济贫的罗宾汉呢？
