The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。
原来还有这样一段历史。演员都好出色，音乐都很好听。哎还是希望love & peace吧
机长原型说她看了这部戏101次，它没有让人沉溺在悲伤里喘不过气。自始至终靠的是人性本身的脆弱、敏感、真实和温暖在打动观众。911过去了二十年，但人类还是有点希望的，不是吗？
我想在global pandemia面前这部剧的意义无需多言，在这个时间点放出官摄我哭到时代广场都有回声。
剧情很棒歌也好听，没有刻意煽情真的太好了，真实事件下的人性光辉
二刷才感到Something's Missing才是题眼，灾难的痛苦不会因善意而模糊。
设计太好了，太巧妙了。圆形旋转舞台、冷暖灯光交替，一小群人演绎了两地许许多多的故事

节奏很好，角色塑造得也很好，设定很巧，能这么有趣确实意料之外，没打五星是因为旋律没戳中我，个人喜好。。。
几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」
看过现场，重看官摄还是很激动。记忆全部都回来了。有几个演员是发福了啊😂
原来这是电影啊...音乐剧百老汇版的官摄，看着很欢乐，也没有刻意渲染悲情，有些感动

这个剧情也不能说不行 毕竟本来也不能怎么改编 不过觉得故事选取可以更好点 总的来说就是平淡 但又不像乐队来访那样有深层的情感 无意中就能打动人 音乐一般
