60分吧，像是老干部电影院拍出来的风格，伟光正，给小学生看的爱国主义教育片子，动作啥的还好，故事叙述也还算完整，边边角角的可以忽略就更好了，给多一星给禁毒
这剧情是买房人看了就会心梗的程度，人生不是在攒钱买房就是在还房贷的路上，难啊，这么大一栋楼说没就没了，前半小时邻居相处部分还比较真实，后半段的救援部分就是在搞笑呢，黄色潜水艇也是真敢想，分类应该是喜剧片。
最后放礼花那里那不就是典型的ptsd吗 有人去世了他们怎么那么开心

对于这种类型杂糅持保留意见，总觉得灾难类型并不适合和喜剧放到一起，突如其来的一段煽情或者人性展现也变得很突兀。另外，不懂就问，这种地质现象是真的可以存在的吗？水会上涨的如此之快吗？影片的场面和节奏也都处理得不好，中间有一节甚至都看困了。倒是这个抨击社会体制房价高的问题，可以解读一下，也适合平移国内情况。

我居然是豆瓣第一个标记这部电影的人？哈哈哈哈哈。我只能说这部电影太烂了。是我看的第一部韩国烂片。我不知道这是什么，那么多灾难片，这部却是这个样子，没啥节奏，太失望了，太难看了。
韩语和日语实在是难听，特别在叫唤的时候，比楼下的疯狗叫的都难听。
