The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 有做为金牌选手的高光时刻，也有做为普通人面对生活的艰难时刻，但内心的坚持从未放弃，母子二人的对手戏真挚不做作，国语配音听着太出戏，推荐粤语。

说回电影，前面剧情转折过于简单，好在各主角演技在线，剧情现实：弟弟哭诉妈妈对哥哥的偏心，妈妈哭诉拥有残疾儿子的艰辛，哥哥哭诉希望被当成普通人看待的真心。
感動慘！吳君如真的可以搏多個影后 男主角也拍得很似！
运动员也太辛苦，只有拿到第一才能享受聚光灯打在自己身上的荣耀。

因为他有一对好父母，所以他的故事没有那么悲伤，反而是很多温情

不知道为什么，看着吴君如开头红着眼睛说“救”的那一刻，就难以共情。
吴君如这个妆造实在是太出戏了，运动员在那个时候确实有点惨。今年举重冠军也都开始接广告了，开心😊
母亲给的鼓励很伟大，也很窒息，只能说孩子还是不错的，没有毅力的孩子，母亲怎么鞭打也没用。
有些地方过分煽情，但……残奥运动员拿这么多块金牌还过得这么苦真是太惨了……很久没在电影院看港产片，由此认识了一位好演员梁仲恒和一位好歌手柳应廷。

冲线镜头切换到现实中比赛的苏桦伟时令人感叹，能坚持自己的信念做自己喜欢的事真的很幸福呀！
题材用了残奥会冠军的故事，也点到了残疾运动员以及他们家人的心酸和社会的反应，不过也就点到为止，没有深挖。可以看出电影重点不在这里。
