Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
真神奇啊其他电影是简介好无聊打开好好看，这个系列都是看情节我擦一定很好看真的去电影院我？连大银幕都无法制造记忆。能不能好好拍神奇动物、格林德沃霸权、旷世虐恋？闲杂人等太多了，太松散又太小家子气了，明明是全球性的大恐怖，搞得像一个村级别的书记改选危机一样。魔法世界那么多，哈利波特的魅力……看来作者自己来也无法复刻。
印度果然善于敢于拍摄现实题材，把本来属于悲剧的代孕题材电影以喜剧形式展现出来。相对于富裕、表面有教养实质无担当的美国爽子夫妇，主角虽有小狡猾的缺点，但在大节上，更显得有担当，不惧生活的麻烦，幽默乐观和善良。限于喜剧题材（或者主创人员无法两全其美），影片强行以美国爽子收养印度孤女结尾，但观众心里面白，这在现实中几乎不可能发生，也冲淡了影片警示现实的意义。
理想的部分真的太多了
孩子不是亲生的也可以做孩子的，父母无论皮肤 不谈种族 不是亲生胜过亲生。

试图用一种诙谐的喜剧手法来讲述值得深思的问题，但是剧情后半段至结局真的垮了，强行圆满升华感觉有点脱离现实。题材不错，最终成品一般。
以一種輕鬆詼諧的方式說一個沈重的主題，雖然最後電影有點狗血，但是不外乎整個電影其實是很引人入勝的。但是電影始終是電影，現實印度社會的代孕婦女並沒有那麼幸運，他們現實生活的處境更應該值得被關注。還有兒童領養問題，雖然起點是好的，但是時間演變下去，其實還是會產生很多的家庭問題。電影是好電影，但是現實比電影殘酷的太多太多了
不是非要生小孩，才能做父母。不是非要有血缘关系，才能成为一家人。
从代孕妈妈到收养孤儿，这个最后的结局很好，印度电影老套的包装裹住内核，还是太理想化。
邓布利多他说，“你知道他已经没救了，但至少他可以救我们啊。”
跟拼命坚持活下去相比，有时候死更容易。你们丢下她逃跑了，但咪咪活了下来，她跟自己、跟社会、跟梦想抗争，这是一场漫长而艰苦的战斗。
